2. Cancellation and Refund Policy • Cancellations made within 15 days of the travel date are non-refundable.. • In case of a medical emergency, we may offer a full or partial refund upon submission of valid documentation. • We offer rescheduling options for bookings cancelled at least 7 days prior to travel, subject to availability and any additional charges. 3. Changes by the Customer • If you wish to change your travel dates or details, requests must be submitted in writing at least 7 days before travel. • Change requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
4. Changes or Cancellations by Us • In rare cases, we may cancel or reschedule a trip due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, low group size). • In such cases, you will be offered the choice of rescheduling, a credit note, or a full refund.
5. Travel Insurance We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, personal belongings, and other risks.
6. Health and Safety • It is your responsibility to ensure that you are medically and physically fit for travel. • Any pre-existing health conditions must be disclosed before booking.
7. Passports, Visas, and Travel Documents • You are responsible for obtaining and carrying valid travel documents, visas, and identification as required by local authorities. • We are not responsible for issues or costs arising from missing or invalid travel documents.
8. Limitation of Liability • Sundarban Bubai Travels is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or expense arising out of circumstances beyond our control, including acts of God, government actions, accidents, or third-party services. • Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the trip.
9. Code of Conduct • Customers are expected to behave respectfully toward fellow travelers, staff, and local communities. • We reserve the right to remove any individual from a trip without refund for disruptive or unsafe behavior.
10. Use of Photos and Videos • During your trip, our staff may take photographs or videos for promotional use. • If you do not wish to appear in these, please notify us in writing before the trip begins.
